CPR#364397 CPR offset Hopper in script

Description

This set is for open top hoppers #354000-354899 were twin offset #3570000-359999 were triple offset #360000-364974 were offset side with longitudinal gates for ballast. The hoppers were black and this script was applied 1963-1967.
